Our training unit provides both direct delivery and e-learning training solutions for public sector complaint handlers.
Courses have been developed for frontline staff to support the implementation of Model Complaints Handling Procedures (MCHPs) in different sectors.

This training is available to all public sector bodies and the e-learning is currently free.
