SPSO annual statistics are published at the conclusion of the business year.
We aim to publish high level information within three weeks of the end of the business year, and further detail within six weeks.
A requirement of the Model Complaints Handling Procedure is to record and report on complaints made at the local level. Organisations are encouraged to use the information published on the SPSO website in conjunction with their own complaints handling figures to promote learning and improvement. Complaints handling networks may also coordinate benchmarking activities on the basis of key performance indicators.
